Welcome to AI Fuel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"). By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy & Data Practices section below.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using AI Fuelโs services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
3. Fuel Card Usage
The AI Fuel card is intended for business use by commercial drivers and fleets. You agree to use the card only for lawful purchases of fuel and approved services at participating locations.
4. Account Registration
To use our services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. Fees and Billing
While many features are free, some services may be subject to fees. You agree to pay all applicable charges and authorize AI Fuel to process payments as outlined in your agreement.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting our support team.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Fuel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
Privacy & Data Practices
This section explains what information we collect, how we collect it, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. If there is any conflict between this section and a separate posted Privacy Policy, the more protective terms for customers will apply.
A. Types of Information Collected
- Contact information: name, email address, phone number, company name, and billing/contact address.
- Account information: username, password (stored in hashed form), profile details, and account preferences.
- Service and transaction information: plan selections, invoices, payments, refunds, and usage-related data.
